When an order is successfully placed online, the payment gateway automatically generates an email order confirmation for you.


Orders will generally be dispatched within 2 working days. We'll email you within this time if your order will be delayed. Exceptions can be for goods that have temporarily run out of stock and for "Special Order Items" (see following). If you use Express Post then we generally prioritise your order for dispatch on the next working day, though delivery is still subject to Australia Post normal delivery time frames.


Unfortunately this can occur sometimes, and may not be known until we process your order. We do operate in good faith and try to keep stock of all items listed for sale on our website. If a stock outage does occur we will contact you as soon as possible and advise of the issue, alternatives/options, and estimated restock timing. You can then choose to have that item refunded, the whole order refunded, or wait for part to arrive in stock again.


We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, using their Pack and Track International service wherever possible.

Pack and Track International

Where possible we use "Pack and Track International" which allows limited tracking of the parcel - ie, that the parcel has been posted by us; that the parcel has arrived at its destination country, and that the parcel has been delivered. This information is available via the "Track My Item" facility on the Australia Post website, using the delivery identification number.

Pack and Track International is only available to a limited number of countries. If you select one of these countries in the "+Shipping" window or the checkout, this is the only shipping option that will appear.

Once Australia Post has accepted the parcel and issued a tracking number, the responsibility for delivery of your order passes onto Australia Post, and its Overseas postal partners. In the event of a failure of a tracked order to reach its destination, compensation will need to be sought by you through your Country's' postal system. We will not re-send goods or refund payments for orders that do not reach their destination.

The maximum parcel weight for these deliveries is 2kg.


International Australia Post Air Mail

Pack and Track International is not available to all countries. In these cases, there is a fair risk of the parcel going missing before it reaches its destination (you). However, you can still order from us, and we will send your order via Australia Post Air Mail. This is done at your own risk. If you choose to use un-tracked post, or you are in a Country where Pack and Track International is not available, we will not re-send goods or refund payments for orders that do not reach their destination.

When you select this un-tracked shipping method in the checkout window, you accept the risk of non-delivery, as well as these terms and conditions. No delivery disputes or challenges will be honoured if you lodge these with the credit card issuer or PayPal.

We would rather not send parcels to these countries, and recommend that you buy locally instead whenever possible.



For your confidence and safety, we insist on assembling each bicycle and checking it for correct fit to the buyer. As such, bicycles are generally not available for internet orders.


We reserve the right to refuse to accept Credit Card Payment, for any reason. In these cases we will contact you to let you know we will not fulfil the order and we will not charge any payment against the credit card details you supplied.


If you select Australia as your country in the shipping window, all prices shown will include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

International customers do not pay GST. If you select any country other than Australia as your country in the shipping window, prices shown will not include GST. However, any import duties or taxes payable by you remain your responsibility.


You're not happy with what you got? Let us know as soon as possible and we'll offer a refund for the purchase price of any goods you'd like to return to us in original condition. If we are in any way at fault, we'll refund the freight charge too.


We know it's hard to buy clothes online, but we also know it's also sometimes difficult to find the type and quality of clothes you'd like locally. So here are our simple policies regarding returns of ill-fitting clothes and shoes.

  • If you buy a garment or shoes that you find don't fit, return them to us and we'll exchange them for another size that you request. The return postage to us will be at your expense, but the postage of the second item from us to you will be free.
  • If you then want to exchange again for another size, we'll charge the standard freight rate that you will have paid on the first delivery of the garment. So, one exchange freight free, but further exchanges will attract a freight charge.
  • If you need to return a garment that doesn't fit and your required size is not available, or if you find the cut of the garment will not suit you in any size, return it to us and we'll refund the purchase price of the garment (but not the original freight charge).

    LAY BY

    We welcome Lay By purchases for over-the-counter purchases.

    Our Lay By terms are:

    1. Minimum Deposit of 10% of purchase price payable at time of starting the Lay By.

    2. 10% of the purchase price is non-refundable in the event of a lay-by cancellation.

    3. Payment Period: 90 days.

    4. Fortnightly payments of 15% of purchase price are required.

    5. If these conditions are not adhered to then Lay By goods will be returned to stock and 10% of the full purchase price will be retained by us.


    We collect from you the information necessary to process your order, and to contact you as necessary to despatch your order.  We won't disclose personal information about our customers to any third party, nor will we use your email address to send you advertising material without your permission.
